We participate with most insurance companies (see the list below). It may be helpful to confirm with your insurance company that we are an approved officeprior to your appointment. For all HMO insurances our doctor’s name must appear on the insurance card or we may have to reschedule your appointment. Co-payments must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
