We all had a great time together pitchin in to shop for the whole family and wrapping all the gifts. In the end, we were successful in bringing a wonderful Christmas to a family in need.  


DR.Clark’s nurse Krista also coordinated with the TOYS FOR TOTS program to set up two of our offices as drop off sites for the toy donations.

To begin, I would like to thank you for the trust you have given me over the years as your primary care physician. It has been an honor and absolute privilege taking care of you and your family.

 

I’m writing today to inform you that I will be leaving PL Physicians on December 16, 2011. I am taking a position much closer to my home in Northern Virginia.  To assure continuity of your care, I encourage you to schedule your upcoming appointments with PL Physician’s other family practitioners or pediatricians.  If you already have a scheduled appointment on or after December 16, 2011, please contact us immediately to reschedule with another one of our providers.

 

Many of my patients are also patients of PL Physician’s nurse practitioner, Jessica Dowling. Jessica will be staying with PL Physicians in Fredericksburg. Her office will move next door in the same building. Jessica’s new address will be 4550 Empire Court.

Dr. Molly M. Castille. Dr. Castille is a graduate of Ohio State University Medical School, and has been in practice since 2003. She is board certified in Family Practice.

Jessica Dowling, FNP is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine.

She received her training at George Mason University and the George Washington University School of Medicine. Ms. Dowling has been working as a nurse practitioner in the family practice setting since 2007 and joined PL Physicians in 2009.

Joshua Markwell, PA-C received his Bachelor of Science Physician Assistant degree from

Howard University in Washington, DC in 2009. He is certified by the National Commission on

Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Markwell joined PL Physicians in 2011.

PL Physicians also has several pediatricians who would be glad to follow your children for medical care. These are Dr. Alice Noori, Dr. Mary Callahan, Dr. Jennifer Clark, and Dr. Matthew Toohey.

 

Your medical records will remain at PL Physicians. There is no need to transfer records to a provider within PL Physicians. However, if you wish to receive a copy of your medical records, you must submit a written request. Please note there are fees associated with medical record copying.

She then attended the George Washington School of Medicine and graduated in 2004 with her medical degree. She completed her pediatric residency in Richmond, VA and shortly thereafter relocated to Fredericksburg, VA to practice with PL Physicians. Dr. Callahan first joined the PL team during medical school by spending her outpatient pediatric rotation time at Dr. Mancini’s office. Her experience in the Fredericksburg area and outlying tertiary care centers offered an easy transition to our practice.
